Imphal, August 07 2009: The state government is all set for the observance of Patriots' Day on August 13 .

An official source said the observance programme will begin from 4am by taking out 'Prabhat Pheri' around Imphal area.

At 8am, floral tribute will be paid to the patriots at Heecham Yaichampat located at Moirangkhom.

Floral tribute will also be offered at Thangal General Temple Complex located at Palace Compound.

At 4pm, a contingent of the Manipur Rifles will offer Guard of Honour/General Salute apart from offering floral tribute at Sahid Minar.
