Imphal, November 11 2011: As in the past, the proscribed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (Progressive) would be observing November 12 as Athoubasingi Ningshing Thouram to pay floral tributes, homage and light candles in memory of all those who have laid down their lives in the liberation struggle.

Informing this in a statement, Assistant Publicity and Propaganda Secretary of PREPAK (Pro) L Sunil Meetei has appealed to all the people to refrain from organizing any entertainment programmes including performance of Shumang Leelas, dramas and screening of films in cinema houses.
