Imphal, March 07 2011: The Students' Welfare Association for the Blind, Takyel Imphal is observing the 44th All India Blind Welfare Week, 2011 from March 3 onwards.

Blind students are conducting flag sales as part of the observation.

The students' association in a press release appealed to the people of the state to cooperate with the blind students and buy the flags.
