Extending financial assistances for the medical treatment reporter Pangambam Naobi.
Naobi of Sanaleibak daily who is under medical treatment since he sustained seriously injuries in an accident on Jan 17 of this year while returning home after duty of the day pour in from various civil organisations.
Today also, two organizations, Voluntary Help Unit Committee, RIMS and Hands for Society, Keisampat donated Rs 5,000 each for treatment of Naobi.
Naobi has been undergoing treatment at Shija Hospital with severe injury at the head.
Dr Biyasana had operated him on his head after the incident and though he is recovering stage, his right leg, hand and eye are not functioning normally.
For further treatment, he will be shifted to Sankardevalaya Hospital at Guwahati tomorrow.
After the accident, though he had lost the power to speak, he can recognize his former associates, smile and point finger.
Meanwhile, Naobi's brother, P Premananda expressed gratitude to ICHAM, AMWJU and local MLA for donating Rs 20,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively for treatment of Naobi.
