Apparently reacting to comments from his predecessor Radhabinod Koijam, Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh today declared that the State public are unlikely to acknowledge the latter's criticism against the present Government.
addressing a session of Congress workers at thangmeiband, the Chief Minister, without taking name, questioned what had the then representative of Thangmeiband AC elected on a torch symbol (Samata Party) and saddled for a brief period to the seat of the highest power in the State contributed towards betterment of the people.
"Having failed to make any positive contribution, it is highly regrettable that the same individual is today criticising the SPF Government on the AFSPA issue.
Such tall talks would be a sour to the listeners," lashed out the CM.
Accusing the 'very individual' described as close to the character of a chameleon for his frequent change of party royalty in every elections, Ibobi reminded Thangmeiband public that disgusting role of the same person of waiting for sack full of money before distributing Ministerial portfolio is unforgettable.
O Ibobi also contended that such a despicable conduct of the individual had sounded the person's reign as the Chief Minister.
