Imphal, October 19 2011: Ahead of the Social Justice Conference to be held at Ramlila ground, New Delhi on November 26, Popular Front of India, Manipur State would launch a series of street corner meetings to campaign against prolonged imposition of Armed Forces Special Powers Act, 1958 in Manipur.

Announcing this in a statement, General Secretary of Popular Front of India, Manipur State Arif Khan informed that the formal launch of the campaign would be held at Lilong Bazar on October 23 at 2.30 pm.

Arif Khan has also sought the support and co-operation of all the clubs, organizations, NGOs in ensuring the success of the campaign.
