Imphal, March 07 2011: The budget session of the Manipur Legislative Assembly which would have 14 sittings will begin tomorrow with an address of the Governor, Gurbachan Jagat in the house, being the first session of the year 2011 .

Chief Minister will table the budget estimate for the fiscal 2011-12 on March 14.The discussion on demand for grant will be started from March 17 .

Security has been beefed up at the periphery of the Assembly complex.

Traffic diversion which would be effective during session has been announced.

Before the commencement of the session, K Sharat who has been elected as member of the house in the Konthoujam bye-election will be sworn in.

The searing in ceremony will be held at the office chamber of the Speaker.

Speaker I Hemochandra will administer the oath to the new member.
