Once the check post is opened, horticulture and agricultural products which are imported from Myanmar can be checked and the quantity imported could be calculated.
Farmers need to impart latest technology of agriculture.
Not only this technology, food packaging to control quality also needs to be known to the farmers for maintaining quality of the food they produce.
He also expressed concern over the students passed out from CAU seeking only government jobs instead of culturing their knowledge by applying in the fields.
In the Kishan Mela opened today, seven stalls products produced under mission-1 and latest agricultural tools are displaying.
