Imphal, October 11 2009: Some unidentified miscreants threatened a team of media persons who went to cover written test for recruitment of Primary Teachers under Autonomous District Councils at Chandel today besides smashing a camera of DDK Imphal.

The incident took place inside Maha Union High School campus.

The unidentified miscreants smashed the digital camera to irretrievable condition.

They also detained the cameraman and the van driver at another place and threatened the duo with strong words.

They were rescued after News Editor of DDK Imphal informed the matter to the SP of Chandel district.
