After winning today's match, the Manipur Police Sporting Club (MPSC) has entered pre-quarter final round of the ongoing BM Mullik Football Tournament at Dimapur, Nagaland.Today's match was played between MPSC and Andhra Pradesh Police.
In the match MPSC defeated Andhra Pradesh 2-0 and entered pre-quarter final round of the tournament.
Playersof MPSC played the match with full coordination among themselves and tried at various monents to score goals against their opponents.
As they played the match substantially with skillfull tactics, players of ANdhra Pradesh Police found it hard to defend themselves.
The first goal of the match was scored in the 27th minute of the match.
The goal was scored by Somochandra of MPSC against Andhra Pradesh.
Players of Andhra Pradesh tried their best to equalise the score position They also tried many times to score goals agianst MPSC.
But all their hard efforts went into vain agianst the strong defence of MPSC.
On the other hand players of MPSC found it hard to strike goals against their opponent's strong defence.
But they did not gave up their attempts and managed to strike one more goal against Andhra Pradesh in the 82nd minute of the match.
The goal was scored by Md Jiyal Ulhag of MPSC.
Sanaton of MPSC was issued a yellow card by the centre referee for his unsporting behaviour suring the match.
Md Jiyal Ulhag of MPSC was also issued a red card after scoring his goal and was sent off from the match.On the other hand three players of Andhra Pradesh Police team were also issued a red card each and were semnt off from the match for their unsporting behaviour during the match.
MPSC will fight BSF in the first match of pre-quarter final round tomorrow at 10 am in the morning.
