Imphal, May 16 2009: In today's matches of the 15th State Level Women's Hockey Championship, 2009 organised by the Women's Hockey Association of Manipur, SAI RC and PHAM, Yaiskul won their respective matches.

The first match today was played between PHAM, Yaiskul and SSA, Charangpat.

The match was won by PHAM after defeating SSA 2-1 after playing a tough match.

Players of both teams played the match very competitively from the beginning.

They all played the match with full determination to win.

But it was not an easy task for them to dominate over one another as they played the match with almost equal skills and tactics.

The first goal of the match was scored by PHAM in the 19th minute of the match.

The goal was scored by its player Ng Priya.

With one goal ahead of them, players of SSA tried hard to equalise the score.

As a result, they managed to strike back one goal against PHAM in the 21st minute of the match and equalise the score position.

M Sapana scored the goal of SSA.

As the match progressed, both teams' players began to play the match more substantially.

It was in the 40th minute of the match that the winning goal of PHAM was scored.

The winning goal of PHAM was registered by its player Y Anjali.

No matter how hard they tried, players of both teams could not strike any further goal against one another and the match concluded with PHAM winning by one goal. SAI RC and Ideal Club Tera (TIC) played the second match today.

SAI RC beat TIC 13-0 and won the match.

The whole match was dominantly played by the players of SAI RC from the beginning.

They at various moments attempted many goal attacks against TIC.

In the same time TIC players played the match to their fullest skills and tried hard to defend themseleves against the various attacks of SAI RC.

The first goal of the match was scored in the 7th minute of the match.

It was scored by M Alina of SAI RC.

W Mandakini scored four goals against TIC.

She scored the four goals in the 16th, 17th, 38th and 55th minutes of the match.

SAI RC player I Robita scored three goals against TIC in the match.

The three goals were scored in the 8th, 42nd and 65th minutes of the match Out of the three goals she scored two goals in penalty stroke.

P Achoubi also scored three goals in the match.

She scored the three goals in the 30th, 49th and 62nd minute of the match.

L Premika also scored two goals in the 34th and 69th minutes of the match.
