Imphal, November 24:
Stating that S/S Corporal Sadik Ali alias Romesh nabbed by troops of 57 Mountain Division from Unchathel near Jiribam yesterday was apprehended last year too along with arms and ammunition and 10 kgs of ganja, a PIB (DW) statement inferred that PLA cadres are actively involved in drug peddling in Manipur.
During investigation, Sadik Ali has also confessed his involvement in many subversive activities, added the PIB (DW) statement.
