Imphal, November 24:
The Kasom Somrei Village Authority, Kasom Khullen Sub-Division has condemned the act of shooting one Apem, at K Somrei village by some unidentified armed persons at about 3.30 pm of November 22, who succumbed on the way to hospital.
The Village Authority also urged upon all concerned to come with a rational explanation for the killing.
It further appealed not to repeat such acts in future.
