Imphal, April 27 2010:
In all 27 Imphal-bound vehicles, including 26 goods laden trucks and one passenger bus have been stranded at Mao Gate following the indefinite economic blockade imposed along the National Highways by ANSAM.
Information received from Mao police said that these 27 Imphal-bound vehicles have come from Guwahati and arrived at Mao Gate today evening.
The stranded vehicles are waiting for the escorts.
But no intimation on when the escorts would be send have been received so far, the source added.
