Imphal, March 23: MP of Outer Manipur parliamentary constituency Mani Charenamei has been conferred the Bharatiya Shiromani Puraskar Award for enhancing the image of India in the seminar on Current Economic Situation i.e Economic Development organised by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi today, informed a release.

Earlier, MP Mani Charenamei was also honoured with the Glory of India Award on August 31 last year by the India International Friendship Society in recognition of his service to the nation, it added.
