Imphal, November 04 2010:
The All Zeliangrong Students' Union (AZSU) has decried the alleged act of IRB and commando personnel barging into the houses of two NSCN-IM cadres and enquiring their whereabouts to their respective wives in addition to threatening them at Khoupum last night.
A press release issued by the AZSU said that such action was uncalled for in view of the cease fire agreement between the Government of India and NSCN-IM.
Such action was akin to creating disturbance in Naga inhabited areas which is otherwise peaceful with no law and order problem.
The union will not remain a silent spectator if such incident happens again in the future.
It further informed that the 33rd Dimki session of the AZSU will be held on November 28 at Jiribam.
