Imphal, May17 2009:
ISKCON has expelled its bhakta Sapam Nabakishore Das for his involvement in trafficking one Thoudam Surchand to Malaysia on the false promise of providing job in the foreign country.
Nabakishore (52) who hailed from Lakhipur, Assam was expelled from ISKCON after an emergency meeting held today, said ISKCON vice-president Ajit Das.
Motorcycle, monetary and receipt books issued to Nabakishore have also been seized, he added.
Ksh Momo, co-accused in the crime, has been taken to task by AMADA.
