To give a boost to the film industries as well as to solve the difficulties of lack of adequate infrastructure being faced by the producers, film makers, artistes, singers and writers today jointly inspected the possible site for setting up an indoor film studio at Tentha today.
MLA of Tentha Assembly Constituency Dr M Na ra, noted film maker Aribam Shyam Sharma, actor Lamja Tomba, actress Yengkhom Roma, writer Wareppa Naba and singer Khun Joykumar were among those who inspected the site at Tentha Khongbal where the Multiplex Committee is planning to set up an indoor film studio.
While observing that it would be to the aspiration of the people to construct the proposed indoor film stadium covering over a distance of one acre of land at Tentha under a vision, Shyam Sharma said keeping aside the view of the Govt, the dream can be fulfilled only when all the film lovers and the people dedicated themselves to the task.
MLA Dr M Nara Singh who is also one of the chief functionaries of the Multiplex Committee said to set up an indoor film studio and help in fullfledged development of the Manipuri film industries is the long cherished dream of the Committee.
