Imphal, June 30 2014:
The JAC formed against the killing of Nongthombam Raghuchand Singh submitted a memorandam to the CM today demanding the Government to arrest the convicts before July 2, 2014 .
Nongthombam Raghuchand Singh S/O N Ibomcha, Oinam Bazar was found dead in the morning of June 29, beside the Wakching river bridge, Laishram Waroiching.
The memorandum also claimed that the area where Raghuchand was found dead is close to a VDF and CDO posts.
It also stated that the committee will resort to rigorous agitation and will not claim the dead body in case the State Government fails to bring an amicable solution.
