Manipur Bhavan, New Delhi issued a notice to Kh.
Ibomcha Singh, former Caterer of Manipur Bhawan, New Delhi on February 9 this year for vacating the store room of the kitchen at Manipur Bhawan, 2, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi which had been illegally occupied by him.
In a letter addressed to Kh.
Ibomcha Singh of Keishampat Sega Road, Imphal, the Assistant Resident Commissioner of Manipur Bhawan RK Mor stated that an order of the Hon�ble Gauhati High Court, Imphal Bench ruled that the application filed by him regarding extention and denial of caterer services at Manipur Bhawan, New Delhi as infructuous.
He was advised to open the store of kitchen at Manipur Bhawan within 15 days from the date of issue of the letter, failing which the store would be vacated as directed by the Resident Commissioner.
Further, he was directed to clear dues and room rents amounting to Rs.10,402/- at the earliest.
