Condemnations have continued to pour in from sundry individuals and civil organisations over the killing of Dr Kishan, Y Token and Rajen Sharma.
The Vaiphei People's Council, Moreh Block has expressed deep concern over the killing of innocent SDO Kasom Khullen and his two subordinate staff by millitants.
Killing will not bring any solution and achieve goal in the process of nationalism which, without humanism, is Utopian nationalism, stated Secretary of Information, Vaiphei People's Council, Moreh.
Terming the killings as very unfortunate, Meinam Bhorot Singh, ex-MLA in a statement urged the government to book and punish the culprits involved in the killing so as to prevent the recurrence of such incident in the future.
Joining the choruses of condemnation over the killing of Dr Kishan and his subordinates, the Dialogue Forum, Occupancy Day Observation Committee, Peoples' Protection and Development Committee (PPDC), All Manipur Rickshaw Drivers' and Pullers' Welfare Association, Manipur, Chingmi-Tammi Unity and Development Committee, Imphal East, Tarahei Muslim Women Welfare Association, Hiyangthang, the Manipur Electricity Employees' Union, Kangmong Nupi Angangi Yaipha Lup, have registered their condemnation over the killings.
The All Manipur Government College Teachers' Association (AMGOCTA) has also deeply condemned and condoled the brutal killing of SDO, Kasom Khullen, Dr Th Kishan and two of his subordinate staffs at Taphou.
In the meantime, the Kanglei Indigenous Martial Arts and Cultural Society (KIMACS) while condemning the killings of Dr Kishan and two of his staff urged the government to distribute essential commodities to the people who have been earning hand to mouth and who could not earn during the general strike days and the subsequent imposition of curfew.
Meanwhile, in another statement, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Manipur urged to bring justice to the bereaved families in a democratic way while also sharing the grievances of the bereaved families.
