Naga factions are fighting only for money: CFMG Chairman

Talking to leaders of frontal Zeliangrong organizations during a meeting hosted by 13 Assam Rifles at Tamenglong HQs this morning, George spoke at length on Naga issue and advised to the people to prepare for solution.
He went on to say that though his job does not include Manipur but as the issue is related he had come to collect opinions and ideas which can be put across to the Centre.
"I am not part of the negotiation but deals with all Naga factions in Nagaland.
And if people want to change, definitely changes can take place", Maj Gen.

He observed that clashes between the Naga factions are for nothing but money, there is no other interest.
"If Naga solution comes, Nagaland and Manipur would be paradise, and to realize this each one of us have to extend co-operation and support", Maj Gen.
N George, VSM (Retd), Chairman CFMG exhorted.
During his visit, Geoarge was accompanied by SK Sharma, Commander 59 Mt Brigade and Col Rupinder, Commandant 13 AR, who also spoke on the occasion.
Prominent leaders from Zeliangrong Elders Forum for Peace Broker, (ZEFPB) Zeliangrong Women Union (ZWU), Zeliangrong Youth Front (ZYF), Zeliangrong Students Union Manipur (ZSUM), Tamenglong Traders Association (TAT), Members from Village Authority Chairmen Council (VACC) Tamenglong attended the meeting during which they put up a number of questions and suggestions to the CFMG.
