Various organisations have demanded the Central Government to spell out the whereabouts of UNLF Chairman RK Meghen alias Sanayaima.
Lei Ingkhol Youth Development Organisation in a press release asked why the Centre is keeping mum on the issue.
The organisation said that Meghen's whereabouts must be made public if India thinks that it is a democratic country.
Maintaining that Union Government must respect the Right to Life, Phoubakchao Young Muslim Development Association said that the State Government must take the responsibility of tracing the rebel leader.
United Club Association Cum Library, Saiton said that an arrested person is not detained for such a long time in any part of the country.
Sega Road Leimajam Leikai Women's Welfare Association, Laphupat Tera Social Welfare Club and Naharup Huirem Leikai Women Welfare Association also demanded for spelling out of Meghen's whereabouts.
