UBI Staff absent

Customers of the United Bank of India (UBI), Ukhrul were Ieft disgruntled as satisfactory transaction was impossible due to the absence of most of the bank staff today.
Airing their grievances to the media, the UBI customers conveyed their dissatisfaction against the negligence of the bank staff in attending to their duties.
When the matter was enquired, it was learnt that four staff including the Sr Manager T Khaute, Deputy Manager, two cashiers and a probationary officer were absent.
Coupled with this, the slow network connection which failed to transmit signal consistently and uncooperating security personnel at the bank caused much inconveniences to the customers.
The bank has presently nine regular staff.
It has more than ten thousand customers.
