Kuki community in Manipur will observe Black Day tomorrow in remembrance of all those who were either killed or maimed for life during the bloody Naga-Kuki ethnic clashes in 1993.Releasing a soul stirring message on the eve of the observance, KIM president P Gangte said September 13 reminds all of us how we human can stoop low to the extent of inhuman and merciless killing on the innocent people.
The Black day is being observed not to stir up feelings of hatred against our Naga brethren but to remind each one of us how wrong and inhuman such killings are, and as Christians we need the spirit of forgiving each other, the message said, adding that UNC, inspired and instigated by NSCN (I-M) with its frontal organisations called NLG and ANSVF owe an apology.
