All the writers in this book have their own contribution of books to the Manipuri literature. The three big figures of Manipuri woman writers - Thoibi, Binodini and Pramodini's short stories are featured at the outset. M K Binodini's Tumina Leikhi would be the masterpiece. The writer tells her own experience while traveling to Delhi. It is a travel story. It tells the shocking incident of a mother cat and a kitten in a guest house at Delhi. VIP Room no 101 was situated next to the room occupied by the writer. The room was found closed all the time. The cries of a kitten inside the room and its mother outside the room disturbed the writer so that she was searching who the occupant of the room was. Later, she came to know that the occupant was staying at the hospital where his son was hospitalized. The writer asked everybody from top to bottom of the guest house to open the room and release the kitten on humanitarian ground. The question is should the people of the guest house heed to her complaint or not. There are two stories by Khaidem Pramodini. One is nice but the other one would be the best to left out. That is Jharibongi Sanarei which should be included in the genre of documentation. H. Satyabati's Mamal reflects the helpless condition of a woman called Matouleibi, She was sexually depressed by a rich man called Paka. On the other hand Paka was depressed by his youngest wife in the same manner behaved by him.
