The poems in this book were written during the last decade. The poems reflect the modern sensibilities. While reading the third stanza of the poem Savyata we could easily remind what Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru mentioned in the letter addressed to his daughter Indira Gandhi, "It is true that there have been brilliant periods in the past in many countries - in India, Egypt, China,. Greece and elsewhere - and that many of these countries have relapsed and gone back". Likewise Azad Komol writes, |
