The book tells the writer's visit to several places of India during the period from 1975 to 1985. Five Manipuri delegates including the writer participated in the Seminar having the theme on unity. The writer tells us a very gripping incident how the Manipuri team present a demonstration on Manipuri dance without having any instrumental music. The writer managed the music anyhow with her mouth and a single dish in her hand. The seminar was held at Pondichen Asindiii in 1975. The writer also participated in the conference on "Women's Pilgrimage to Spiritual Freedom" held on 30th December, 1979 to 1st January 1980 at Binoba Bhabe's Pounar Ashram. The writer tells the accounts of her visit to Nabadwip Dham as well. She visited the place in 1984, 1986 and 1989. The occasions for her visit were the Death Anniversary of Bhagyachandra Maharaj, conference and seminar in connection with the 500th Birth Anniversary of Shri Krishna Cheitanya Mahaprabhu and the cultural festival. The writer also got a chance to visit to Jaganath Kshetra, Puri in 1985 while she was travelling to Wardha for a Research Project. All the experiences whatever she gained during her visit are well written.
