Meet the Young Writer
Kenebo Rajkumar is one of the young poets of Manipur. He was born in Sanjenbam village of Sekmai constituency. His poems, short stories and different articles have been in local newspapers and different literary journals of Manipur in last one decade and more. People awaited his first debut poetry book "Khangpok Natte Eyumni" was released on 23 November2014.
He is a regular blogger and a freelance journalist. His journalism and Mass communication degree was accomplished from the Bangalore and residing in Bangalore now. Even he is working as a sub editor of the Mapao Literary Journal. This is published bi-annually in Manipur.
Being a young poet he pens effective imagery, metaphor, simile, personification, paradox, irony and lots more in his writings. Readers would see from his different poems.
As bringing up and support to a young poet of Manipur, National Youth Charitable Trust (NYCT), Bangalore is organizing a conversation with Kenebo Rajkumar on 28 Feb 2015 at 4pm at Karnataka State Hockey Stadium, Rhenius Street, Langford Road (Shanthinagar), Bangalore 560025 to know more about his book and his writings. This function will be graced by Dr. W. Budhendra.
