Kanarjit Kangujam appointed as Advisor of Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE), Dhaka, Bangladesh

Shri Kanarjit Kangujam S/ O K. Ibotombi Singh of Bashikhong Wangkhei Loumanbi Mapal, Imphal East has been appointed as the Advisor of Youth School of Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE), Dhaka, Bangladesh. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on July 12, 2015 by and between the Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) and Kanarjit Kangujam to join as the Advisor. YSSE is an institution (Non-Profit) dedicated for the Youth Development through large scale job creation and entrepreneurship development. It was established with the cooperation of British Council and The Hunger Project – Active Citizen Program in February 01, 2015.
His main duties are observing activities, recommending and advising about program and activities and supporting in required situation.
Kanarjit Kangujam is currently working as the President of the International Youth Committee (IYC), Secretary General of Club25 International Manipur, Advisory Board Chairman of World Youth Summit, Coordinator of Youth Disaster Response Team Manipur, State Coordinator of Confederation of UNESCO Clubs and many others. He was felicitated with number of recognitions and awards such as Indo – Nepal Friendship International Award 2013, Dr. BR Ambedkar National Award 2013, Health Minister’s Shield Award 2013, Global Youth Award 2014, North – East Social Impact Award 2015 and many others.
He is also selected to receive the prestigious “Pride of India” Award to be held on 17 November 2015 at National Library of Sri Lanka, Colombo during the “International Sahitya Conference”. He is also currently a member of various International Organizations like ISBT, Amsterderm, International Youth Council, IFRC Local Chapter, Club25 International, FBDOI, etc.
