Dear Sir/Madam,
The New Waves, Imphal has now decided to bring out a quarterly intellectual journal Empirical Quarterly - A Quarterly Research Journal. We will publish the work of leading scholar on the subject of their expertise relating mainly to socio-economic, anthropology, cultural and political issues.
We request you to contribute article, research papers, etc on subject of various challenges that North East India in particular and South East Asian countries in general is facing.
We invite materials not only on the current issues but also on various civilization issues.
I shall be grateful if you contribute article to the journal which we are working for its first issue/ volume and even tell it to the people you think will be interested.

NOTES FOR CONTRIBUTORS
1. Contributors are requested to follow the following guidelines. Bibliographic references should be cited in the author's last name, date of publication and page, e.g. (Ashok 1970:124) or if the author is mentioned in the text, by date and page reference only, e.g. (1960:175).
2. Notes and reference should be typed on separate sheets at the end of the article. Entries in reference should include surname and initials of author(s), date title and (for other) place of publication and name of publisher; for articles name of the journal in full, volume.
3. The articles /papers send for publication must be original and never publish in elsewhere. If the article(s) is published in the journal one copy of the journal will be supply to the author(s) free of cost.
4. The author should e-mail their articles at empiricalquarterly(at)gmail(dot)com
