Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy, also called physical therapy, is used to treat pain by using methods such as interferential therapy, ultrasonic, short wave diathermy, wax therapy, and muscle strengthening exercises. Physiotherapy plays an important role in the recovery of stroke patients. It is very important in games and sports and players get injured or they get sudden injury where physiotherapist role is most important to make them fit again for playing.
Sports Medicine: Sports medicine, also known as sport and exercise medicine is a branch of medicine that deals with physical fitness and the treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and exercise. Although most sports teams have employed team physicians for many years, it is only since the late 20th century that sports medicine has emerged as a distinct field of health care.
Anti doping Consultant: The roles are responsibilities of these consultants or experts are important. Anti doping means opposing or prohibiting illegal doping (such as blood doping or the use of anabolic steroids or growth hormones) to improve athletic performance . They work on preventative methods such as values-based education programs targeted at young athletes, coaches, doctors, training and parents on the dangers and consequences of doping, as well as the legal and social ramifications, are increasingly prevalent in anti-doping programs. Anti doping is important to make the sports free and fair.
Player Management: Any sporting events bring many players together and managing the players is very important. When the team is big the challenge is more to manage them. Player management has become another area of interest which is in demand as it is needed everywhere where ever there is games or sports. The duties of a sports manager can range widely depending on his or her clientele. Some sports managers are responsible for an individual athlete and keeping them in good mental and physical health. This can mean doing everything from hiring trainers to working out issues between the team and the player.
Fitness Professionals: A fitness professional is a professional in the field of fitness and exercise, most often instruction (fitness instructor), including aerobics and yoga instructors and authors of fitness instruction books or manuals. Fitness topics may also include nutrition, weight-loss, and self-help. Fitness professionals screen participants for exercise programs, evaluate various fitness components, prescribe exercise to improve these components, and may also helps people with specific or chronic conditions. Fitness professionals help challenge an individual by increasing their performance, as compared to when a person would work out on their own.
Sports Massage: Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete’s sport of choice. Aspects of sports massage therapy are gaining popularity as useful components in a balanced training regimen. Sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event.
Sports Nutritionist: Sports nutrition is the study and practice of nutrition and diet with regards to improving anyone’s athletic performance. Nutrition is an important part of many sports training regimens, being popular in strength sports (such as weightlifting and bodybuilding) and endurance sports (e.g. cycling, running, swimming, rowing). Sports Nutrition focuses its studies on the type, as well as the quantity of fluids and food taken by an athlete. In addition, it deals with the consumption of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, supplements and organic substances that include carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Siemens Scholarship Program: Siemens Scholarship Program 2018-19 is an initiative of Siemens India to support 1st year engineering students from the stream/branches of Mechanical/Production, Electrical, Electronics/Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computers/Information Technology, Instrumentation.
