NORTHEAST CHIEF MINISTERS CONCLAVE AT FICCI LADIES ORGANIZATION INTERSTATE MEET IN GUWAHATI
Ficci Ladies Organisation (FLO) is organising the Annual Interstate Meet 2015 under the Presidentship of Ms. Archana Garodia Gupta –at Guwahati on December 4 & 5, 2015. About 250 Entrepreneurs & professionals members from all the 13 Pan-India Chapters – Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow- Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mumbai, North East & Pune will be attending this conference.
The Interstate Meet is an annual feature & is organized in different Chapters every year. This year the Interstate Meet is being hosted by Northeast Chapter under the Chairpersonship of Ms. Joyshree Das Verma.
The Highlight of the Interstate Meet Northeast 2015 is the North East Chief Ministers Conclave, which will be held on December 5th, 2015 at Taj Vivanta, Khanapara, Guwahati. Aptly themed - “Empowering Women in North East”, this conclave is an excellent platform to explore the untapped business opportunities in the North Eastern states, with special emphasis for Women Entrepreneurs.
Over the years, the Annual Interstate Meet brings together FLO members from pan- India and provides an excellent opportunity to connect and build bridges for sustainable development by promoting women entrepreneurs and professionals. It will also play an integral role in leveraging the evolving landscape of FLO as an emerging leader for women empowerment initiatives. It will also lead to an ideal platform for exchange of ideas, sharing best practices as also establishing strong business networks for members from all over India.
An array of sessions with dynamic speakers will be another highlight of the programme. A rare blend of learning sessions, social events, networking lunches and dinners have been lined up in a very planned and structured manner, making it a confluence of erudition, effervescence and enthusiasm.
FLO National President Archana Garodia Gupta says, “It will be a common platform for experience sharing showcasing, mentoring & networking of the dynamic pan-India members. With the programme, we hope to bring together women entrepreneurs and professionals from Delhi and 13 Chapters across India and provide a perfect milieu for exchange of ideas, meeting of the minds and also exploring strategies for economically empowering women in the north east. Our objective is to develop the wisdom to lead; coming together as strong voice for and by women, cultivate our inner strength and creative power, thereby propelling women power.”
The closing ceremony of the Interstate Meet will be held on 7th December, 2015 at Kaziranga so that the Pan India delegates get to experience the the amazing World Unesco Heritage site.
The backdrop of the gateway to the North East and the largest and most cosmopolitan city in Assam i.e Guwahati, will add to the splendour of the Meet not only by connecting the women of significant and diverse achievement to foster leadership development, but will also give a panoramic view of the vibrant and fascinating history, culture, architecture and cuisine of Assam.
