About the Book
DR. DEBOMALYA GHOSE (b.1978), BE (Elect), PGDOM, PGDLM, MBA, AM(IE), Ph.D, is the Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Jawaharlal Nehru School of Management Studies, Assam University, Silchar. He has fourteen (14) years of teaching and research experience. Dr. Ghose is specialised in Operations Management, Information Technology management and Supply Chain & Logistics Management. His current area of interest is inSupply Chain Technologies.
DR. JUTHIKA KONWAR (b.1982), MBA, Ph.D (Assam University) is a senior Assistant Professor, Dept. of Business Administration, Jawaharlal Nehru School of Management Studies, Assam University, Silchar. She has more than 11 (Eleven) years of teaching and research experience. Dr.Konwar has published research papers in various International and national Journals. Her research areas include Human Resource Management & Development, Management Education, Gender Issues in Management etc.
Dr. Nilanjana Chakrabarty (b.1984), has done her MBA, Ph.D (Assam University) with more than 7 years of teaching and research experience. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Jawaharlal Nehru School of Management Studies, Assam University, Silchar. She has to her credit publications of research papers in the journals of national and international repute. She has also presented various research papers in Regional, National and International seminars /conferences. Her articles include from the subject domain of Marketing Management, Tourism Marketing & Marketing Communication etc.
