Can I ask you Mr. Chief Minister !

Let me just go straight, Mr. Chief Minister, Why is there no major production company or Industry Or Factories or Industrial park or whatever in Manipur, that will create thousands of job in the state?

Is it because companies are not allowed to set up Industry here, or Is it, the people are not allowed to worked in manufacturing plants in Manipur or Is it due to no space for Industries, Manufacturing centre etc in the state or Is it..? the list and the excuses may go on. But I don't think so, the constraint is due to all these reasons.

Today, many youth in the state journeyed to metropolitan cities all over India in search of their livelihood, and many end up their youthful, most precious age in the cheapest and painful way.

As we evidenced that, there are no major source, which can create jobs except that of the state job that your government creates some for few, I assume that you and your government members are ignorant, unaware, and does not comprehend how modern market economy works.

Let me highlight something for you, Mr. CM. I hope you know Mr. Modi, the Current PM of India, while he was in position as the state CM of Gujarat, travelled through many countries like China, Israel, Japan to wooes or attract Industrialist, Investor to set up manufacturing plants or to invest in Gujarat, which in the process makes Gujarat, the most FDI destination and achieved the highest State Domestic growth (SDP) in the country.

Manipur might not be a country but let me asked you, do you, your advisers and cabinet members are aware of, how the Republic of Korea, with limited or almost no technical or natural resources, being one of the poorest country in the 1960's drained away by the long Korean war, becomes one of the most powerful economy in the world today? Do you Know of this very poor North Korea and very rich South Korea, the reason of being due to One man, the head of state and his attitude.

Mr. Chief Minister, In this globalization world, the one with the best economic policy rule the sky. It's not too late.

Start Inviting companies, set out for a mission to attract national and foreign investor, Industrialists.

Give them the space, reform the state Industrial policy, reduce the taxation rate, give them the best economic environment, protect and save guard their interests and let them create jobs for the citizens of the state which you are incapable of.

It's not hard to believe that Manipur is one of the most corrupted state in India and the politician and lawmaker elected not by their wit and Intellect but with their bribery and Unfair advantage they had with them , doesnot meant that they cannot do good things and change the state to become one of the most admired one in India.

As a rightful citizen and you the CM, for all people of the democratic federation state of India, Manipur, asked you to comply with my desire and wishes.
