4. FOOTBALLER OF THE YEAR TROPHY FOR MEN WITH A CASH AWARD OF RS.15,000/- in honour of Late E. Ebohal Singh, the 1st International Referee of the state and also the Hony Secy. of AMFA. The Trophy has been arranged by AMFA and the Cash award is donated by the family of Shri Ebohal Singh. The winner is Mutum Raj of NEROCA.

5. FOOTBALLER OF THE YEAR TROPHY FOR WOMEN WITH A CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/-. donated by Late Khumukcham Ongbi Leonlee Devi Memorial Trust, Thangmeiband in the name of Late Huidrom Arunkumari Devi. The winner is I. Prameshwori Devi of ESU.

6. 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 FAIR PLAY TROPHY WITH CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/- donated by Smt Ngangom ongbi Subadani Devi of Thangmeiband in the name of her late husband Major Ng. Joydutta, Vir Chakra. Earlier the cash award was Rs. 3000/- The winner is Zomi Football Club, Churachandpur.

7. BEST GOAL KEEPER TROPHY OF 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 WITH CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/- donated by A. Gourashyam Singh of Kongba Kshetri Leikai in the name of his late son, A. Palendra Singh. The winner is Hauggolal of ARC.

8. BEST PLAYER TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 WITH CASH AWARD OF RS. 4,000/-donated by Smt Akoijam Ongbi Manglembi Devi of Keishamthong in the name of her late son Byron Angomcha. The winner is Hauggolal of ARC.

9. TOP SOCRER TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 WITH CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/- donated by Smt Nandeibam Ongbi Devi of Thangmeiband in the name of her late husband Nandeibam Chitra Singh. The winner is Th. Premkumar Singh of TRAU 5(five) goals.

11. OJA KAMINI KUMAR MEMORIAL TROPHY FOR COACH OF THE YEAR, 2012 & CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/-donated by Waribam ongbi Memcha Devi of Lairikyengbam Leikai in the name of her late husband Oja Kaminikumar, the renown footballer and Football Coach. The winner is Tayenjam Ibomcha Singh of NEROCA.

12. BEST DEFENDER TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 WITH CASH AWARD OFRS. 5,000/- donated by Konsam Tarubi Devi and her family of Laipham Khunou in the name late Konsam Achouba Singh. The winner is L. Chandramani Singh of TRAU.

13. Best Mid-fielder Of The Final Match running trophy of the 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 with cash AWARD OF RS. 10,000/- donated by Th. Krishanatombi Singh, DSP(CDO), Manipur Police in the name of his late father, Th. Birachandra Singh, the Founder of Th. Birachandra Singh Football Academy, Tabungkhok.The winner is Naorem Sushil of NEROCA.

14. OJA BENUDHAR MEMORIAL TROPHY FOR THE BEST REFEREE OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 AND CASH AWARD OFRS. 5,000/- donated by the family members in the name of late ojha Chongtham Benudhar Singh, of Keishamthong, who was a renown footballer and a good referee of the yesteryears. The winner is Sh Suresh Singh State Class-I CAT-3.

15. BEST STRIKER OF THE FINAL MATCH TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET 2012 WITH A CASH AWARD OF RS. 5,000/-donated by Akoijam Ibomcha Singh of Mongsangei and also the Proprietor of M/S, Border Arms, Imphal. The winner is Th. Roshan of NEROCA.

16. RUNNER'S-UP TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 AND CASH AWARD OF RS. 50,000/- (KHAN BAHADUR SHEMSHUDDIN KHAN DURANI TROPHY). The trophy had been donated by late M.Y. Khan, the proprietor of Imphal Talkies in the name of his late father, Khan Bahadur Shemsuddin Khan Durani. However, the cash award is borne by AMFA. The winner is Assam Regimental Center, Shillong.

17. CHAMPION TROPHY OF THE 56TH C.C. MEET, 2012 AND CASH AWARD OF RS. 1,00,000/-The gold plated trophy had been donated by late Maharajkumar Tutendra Singh in the name of his late father Maharaja Churachand Singh, KCSI, CBE. However, the cash award is borne by AMFA. The winner is NEROCA of Sangakpham.
