Imphal, August 04 2009: A bullet-riddled and blindfolded body was found this morning around 6 at Yairipok Lemba Khul Waithou Ching under Yairipok Police station.

The body bore bullets at the neck and head.

A Dio motorcycle, believed to belong to the slain man, was found near the dead body.

The vehicle has no registration number.

A document stating that the vehicle was purchased from 'Ganesh Enterprises' located at Khoyathong on July 11 was also found.

According to policemen who came to pick the body from the spot, the man was suspected to be one Moirangthem Biren, son of M Ito of Khangabok Part II, Moirang Palli Leikai.
