Imphal, June 01 2010: Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Y Erabot has charged the security personnel of taking fuel from the designated oil pumps by breaking the long queues.

Talking to The Sangai Express, Erabot said that conduct of the security forces while the public are suffering from shortage of fuel is unfortunate.

The Minister further said that apart from an earlier complaint (orally) from the Commissioner of CAFPD Distribution in connection with security personnel taking fuel in barrels from the designated petrol pumps forcefully, he had personally gone to inspect at a petrol pump in Canchipur today on hearing about a similar complaint.
