Imphal, May 29 2010: Curfew promulgated in Senapati district areas in connection with the proposed visit of NSCN (IM) general secretary Th Muivah to manipur has been completely lifted with immediate effect, said an order issued by the District Magistrate, Senapati district.

The order, however, said prohibitory order u/s 144 CrPC, 1973 promulgated by the District Magistrate will remain in force until further order.
