Imphal, April 03: Threatened Indigenous Peoples' Society (TIPS) Manipur condemned the killings of PWD AE Keisham Nabachandra of Utlou, Longjam Uttamkumar of Keishamthong Longjam Leirak and Ningombam Ibotombi of Okram Chuthek.

Urging the State Government and all revolutionary groups of the State to let the people of the State to live freely by safeguarding the 'right to life', TIPS asserted that protection of human rights and sense of living together can only bring progress.
