Imphal, July 28: Conveying deep concern over the missing of three children––Rabi, Bisan and Ango from Moidangpok Mayai Leikai since July 23, the Moidangpok Rising Star Union has appealed to all concerned to hand over the children to their respective parents.

A press release issued by the Union while strongly condemning the practice of kidnapping young children, further appealed to all organisations to make a clarification if they come upon the children.
