Imphal, November 15 2009: Rongmei Lu Phom (RLP) Assam, Manipur, Nagaland flayed the State Government for not extending aid to Mangal Golmei, an injured victim of July 23 Khwairamband bazar incident.

Mangal has been undergoing treatment at Appollo Hospital, New Delhi, where his injured left arm would go under surgeon's knife soon.

RLP also said that social bodies including Apunba Lup has failed to inquire the condition of Mangal.

RLP also flayed Agriculture Minister N Loken as he said, '...such a minor incident of Khwairamband bazar' during his speech in a function.
