Imphal, September 10, 2009: In continuation of the mass movement against the Khwairamband killings of July 23, a poster campaign was carried out from Khurai Chaithabi Leirak to Lamlong Keithel under the joint aegis of the Apunba Lup and the JAC Against the Brutal Killing of Ch Sanjit.

A similar poster campaign was also carried out from near late Sanjit's residence till Khurai Lamlong Bazar.

On the other hand, women vendors of Khurai Lamlong Keithel staged a protest demonstration demanding justice in the fake encounter case of July 23, said a press release issued by the Apunba Lup.
