Imphal, August 04 2009: The identity of the UG suspect who was shot dead by a combined force of Bishnupur Police Commandos and personnel of 7 Assam Rifles during a reported encounter at Keibul Sangram under Moirang Police Station on the night of August 1 has been identified as Khumanthem Nabakumar (32) s/o late Dhananjoy of Ningthoukhong Kha-Khunou.

Nabakumar left behind his wife and four children, two sons and two daughters The body has been handed over to his family after post-mortem at the mortuary of RIMS today.
