Imphal, July 02: The chief of the Communication and Publicity Department of the RPF has clarified that the three persons shot dead by a combined team of Imphal East police commandos and 32 Assam Rifles at Nongmaiching Laphupokpi near Baruni Hills yesterday were not in any way connected with the outfit.
