Imphal, October 28, 2009: The guardians and teachers meeting of Emanuel English Academy, Yaingangpokpi which was held today at the School premises decided to urge the government to ensure right to life and right to education and end the ongoing impasse in the wake of Khwairamband incident.

According to a statement issued by the principal of the school, Ng Sarat, the meeting also decided to ask the government to compensate the teachers who are not getting their salaries for two months now, it added.
