Imphal, August 07 2009: Senior SP, Imphal west , L Kailun today while refuting the news report appeared in the August 7 edition of the Hueiyen Lanpao under the headlines "Police protest on suspension of their colleagues" said that the report was not only wrong but also baseless and misleading to the public.

"No commando personnel protest and stayed from duty as reported," the Sr SP stated.
