Imphal, November 20 2009: OC of City Police Station has submitted relevant police report in the form of affidavit to the Gauhati High Court, Imphal Bench today over the police's probe in connection with the killing of Chungkham Sanjit by some police commandos at BT Road on July 23 .

Following the receipt of the police affidavit, a Division Bench of the Gauhati High Court, consisting of Justice T Nandakumar and Justice K Meruno, has fixed the date of the hearing on Tuesday.
