Imphal, August 19 2009: The proposed cease work strike of the venders of Khwairamband Keithel which was earleir announced to commenced from 5 pm of Thursday has been suspended, informed a joint statement of the two bodies of Khwairamband women venders.

The cease work stir has been suspended which was proposed to call decrying the July 23 shooting incident at Khwairamband Bazar suspended considering the suffering of the people of the state by the contniuos agitations, the joint statements of the Khwairamband Nupi Keithel Semgat Sagatpa Lup, Khwairamband Nupi Keithel Sinpham and Saktam Kanba Lup said.
