Imphal, July 29 2009: The Imphal West district police has once again appealed to the non-locals to stay and work within the Imphal Municipal area only while also urging them not to venture in far flung and interior areas in order to avoid any untoward incident.

A statement issued by SSP of Imphal West district, L Kailun has also urged the public to inform the district police about the presence of non-locals so that collective security can be provided.
